Some Thoughts on Intercession

Angels in Our Valley

Angels have been heard on high sweetly singing over this valley. They are destined to be at your doorstep to help and guide, as well to minister to you personally in ways unknown to you. Yet they are there to minister in My name, Jesus, only as I instruct and dispatch them to bring Me honor and to protect that which is mine throughout this valley, now during this time of increased need for your protection in the Spirit realm.

It is with greatest of pleasure that I am able to do this on your behalf, because you are most precious, and truly worthy for this precious benefit from My Kingdom Resources, on your behalf.

There is a greater need now as I expose that which is evil around and surrounding My people, here at this time. The enemy is very displeased and angry at what has been taking place, as My church is being aligned with My word and purposes.

You are now poised to begin even greater works amongst my people, who are bring drawn ever closer to Me and I do desire that , as they come closer, they will renew and refresh their love for Me and thus I shall make them greater overcomers in the spirit realm, as well as the natural.

There shall come a time throughout the valley when the presence of the Lord, God, almighty shall prevail and marvelous and wondrous events shall occur.

7 Mountains of Influence

About a year ago I heard Dr. Lance Wallnau speak on the 7 Mountains Mandate. You can see the video here:

The experience I had listening to him was like the 1^st time heard Bill Johnson speak in 2004, my mouth fell open and I thought to myself, “Wow, what did he just say!” Very deep intelligent men of God.

So why am I bringing this up here on an Prophetic Words and Intercession Website? Because I believe that these Seven Mountains are part of what we need to be interceding for here in our region for breakthrough revival and habitation.

The original mandate was given to Bill Bright, founder of Campus Crusade and Loren Cunningham, founder of Youth with a Mission in 1979 by the Lord. The message was that if we, Christian, are to impact any nation for Jesus Christ, then we would have to affect the seven spheres, or mountains of society that are the pillars of any society.

These seven mountains are:

1) Business
2) Government
3) Media
4) Arts
5) Education
6) The Family
7) Religion/Church

On a local level, Southern Oregon, the same holds true. As time goes on, I’ll bring more on these and try to catch News Articles related to these seven mountains so that we can be praying with understanding and strategies targeting these areas of our culture.

Honestly I don’t know what that is going to look like, but I’m open to any of your comments or weblinks that might point us in the right direction.

Prophetic Vision & Word 2011

As Betty and I were praising and worshiping the Lord last Thursday evening the Lord showed me four angels standing on four high places surrounding the Jackson County area. The first angel put forth his hand and released a stream of fire, as I watched the second put forth his hand and released a stream or current of wind which joined the stream of fire in the middle of the four high places. 

Then I saw the third angel put forth his hand and released a stream or river of water which also connected with the the fire and wind. As they joined together they started swirling and took the shape of a Tornado, becoming very large. 

If I were to put it in a class, I would say it was a class 5 tornado.  Unlike the tornadoes of the world, this one was beautiful. There was no darkness at all.  You could see all three streams, fire, wind, water giving it a translucent appearance yet seeing the orange and red of the stream of fire in it. 

As I watched this tornado I could see things being up rooted from the land, like a big tree and other shapes and sizes of objects which were swept up into the very center of this tornado. 

As I was watching this I heard the Lord say I am uprooting those things which have been deeply entrenched in this land, deep, deep roots. Then I heard Him say mysticism, witchcraft,  sexual immorality and rebellion. 

I looked at the fourth angel and asked what he was doing and the Lord said he is My reaper. The wheat and the tares are coming into maturity and My reaper stands ready to separate them.

The Holy Spirit is going to move in power here in this land. We know the power and force of tornadoes. We have seen what they can do in the natural world. This one is going to rip those things that are an abomination to Him right out not even leaving their foundations.

As beautiful as it looks, it is forceful and deadly to anything and all things that exalts it’s self against the knowledge of God.  After which the fire of God will burn in the hearts of His people, the water will cleanse and refresh and the the Holy Spirit will blow the fresh breath of new life, and all we have to do is breath it in.

REPORT ON I-5 PRAYER WALK/ROGUE VALLEY 2011

Jackson County Prayer Task Force

There were 20 people who gathered together on a cold windy New Years Day on the I-5 South Interchange in Medford .

At noon the shofar was blown to set the tone for worship and to honor the Lord Jesus and His Presence.

There was a group from Rivergate that also met at noon at the Oregon/California border; along with many others along the I-5 throughout the State, with a group meeting at the Oregon/Washington border covering the State from South to North.

There were 7 Proclamations made over the Rogue Valley Southern Oregon region. As each proclamation and Scripture was declared a balloon with the scripture attached was released into the atmosphere over the I-5.

Declarations were:

Awakening and Revival Isa. 60:1-2

Unity in the Body of Christ John 17:21

Harvest of Souls: Luke 10:2; Acts 2:21

Call forth Signs, Wonders, Miracles. Mark 16:17&20

Transformation of the 7 Mntns. Of Influence. Rev. 11:15

Call Forth Life in OR & WA. Deut. 30:15 & 19

Restoration of Land & People. Isa. 58:12

These are the areas in our region that we desire to see Breakthrough this year.

We poured oil and salt out on the overpass of I-5 to signify the anointing and purification of the I-5 Corridor. We prayed safety & protection for travelers. A stop to illegal drugs and human trafficking on I-5 and that ministries would be established to reach the truck drivers, and travelers. As we walked people honked and waved at us.

We took communion on the bridge over Bear Creek and put some of the bread and juice and salt into the water for cleansing and purification of the waters that run through our city and for the healing and restoration of our land and people.

We walked back across the freeway to the Adult Shop. There three of us went into the Shop  and had an opportunity to pray with the girl at the counter. I sensed that the Light of the Lord came into that place, and dispelled a lot of the darkness there.

And I pray the Light will continue to shine in until all the darkness must flee away. We prayed Isa. 61 over the people in our Valley bound by addictions; that the Spirit of God will anoint His people to heal the broken hearted, open the eyes of the blind and set the captives free and break every enslaving yoke.

We are trusting God to see much breakthrough in the Rogue Valley in 2011.

REPORT ON NEW YEARS DAY 2011 PRAYER WALK

What a weekend! Friday evening (New Years Eve) I went to a Family Intercessory Group that I belong to at the Chaffees. From there it was off to New Song Church where Judy and Howard Durkee with SOHOP (Southern Oregon House of Prayer) were having a New Years Eve party featuring Kansas City’s IHOP OneThing conference. Such a blast!

Saturday New Years Day, Betty Denny with Jackson County Intercessors had organized a Prayer Walk. There were about 20+ (included 3 or 4 from KFalls and Aaron Auer with ROAR) that met for prayer and shofar blowing:

There were balloons with scriptures tied to them related to 7 areas of breakthrough that we want this year in our region. The balloons were released and carried by the wind across our valley. Those scriptures were also written on stakes and placed in the ground in several different areas. For me this was a very significant Prophetic Act this New Years Day 2011.



Deut 11:11 The land (Southern Oregon, Rogue Valley) you are crossing the Jordan (Bear Creek, I-5) to take possession of is a land of mountains and valleys that drinks rain from heaven. 12 It is a land the Lord your God cares for; the eyes of the Lord your God are continually on it from the beginning of the year to its end. NIV

We stopped at several places to pray and intercede:

On the bridge over I-5 Betty poured out oil and salt for cleansing and consecration. We also stopped on another bridge over Bear Creek where we all took communion and poured out the bread and wine (juice) into the Creek.



From that bridge we walked back across I-5 and went over to the Adult Store behind Winco. There was more prayer and Shofar blowing to release the Spirit of the Living God too break down addictions in our region. Three of our group went inside the building and were able to pray with the girl behind the counter.

NEW YEARS DAY PRAYER WALK JANUARY 1, 2011

Dear Prayer Warriors:

I know you have probably received this notice before, but because of the Christmas Holidays I wanted to remind you of this strategic prayer gathering.

If you are interested and considering being involved in this prayer thrust, please let us know. We are interested in knowing how many will participate.   Betty

JCP will be facilitating a Prayer Walk on Saturday January 1^st

for the purpose of praying over the I-5 Corridor and the Southern Oregon region.

We will meet at 12 noon on the parking lot between Home Town Buffet and

Fred Meyers, near the Fred Meyer nursery area. Please bring shofars, instruments of worship, flags, banners, glory rings, etc.

We invite all believers to join with us. Our focus will be to pray for the communities along the I-5, the Oregon/California border, and the 6 counties of Southern Oregon . If you participate please blow the shofar at 12 noon, and pray in your location.

We will be praying for:

Unity in the Body of Christ

Awakening and Revival

Harvest of Souls

Transformation of 7 Mountains of influence

Call forth Signs, Wonders and Miracles

Call forth LIFE in Oregon

Restoration of the Land & peoples. Isa.58:10&12. Joel 2:26
