DECLARE AND DECREE
Martha Cowan
      
      This morning in Praise and worship time,
            at the Healing Rooms, you see.
      I believe this was from the Lord,
            this was what was given to me.
      The first words were "The water is rising"
            and then I received,"It is a flood."
      As we continued to praise and worship Him;  
            we were covered by the blood.    
      Then I saw the Rogue River Gorge
            and this reminded me.
      Of the Headwaters Prayer Walk we did
            and what we were claiming it to be.
      We were expecting a breakthrough
            and that Spiritual River would flow.
      It would cover the Rogue River Valley,
            I truly believe this is so.
       I believe it is already happening,
            in several churches, you see.
      I believe very soon,
            that Spiritual River  will flow free.
      Perhaps that was the river that Cheryl saw,
            in her dream a few nights ago.
      That Leviathan spirit,
            surely will be the first to go.
      This fits with our scripture
            that we received last night.
      If we will follow God's promise,
            He will surely turn on the light.
      If we will only believe,
            I know that we will soon see.
      It will come to pass,
            if His word we will declare and decree.
